ASTON END STUDIOS (AES) will keep all hard copied personal information (i.e booking forms) which clients provide in a locked fixed to the floor filing safe at our office/studio address of House 24 Aston End Road, Aston Village, Stevenage, Herts SG2 7EU.
We ensure that no client information is shared with any third parties and is solely used for contact purposes between AES and the client.
AES ensures that all sensitive personal data is removed and/or destroyed within 1 month once the final project/film/audio is complete and approved by the client. AES are not an advertising website and hold no use in storing client given personal data after this time.
AES have no marketing emails which are sent to any current or past clients.
AES holds one website domain which is Astonendstudios.com and Both of this website holds SSL certificates for safe online use. The AES website are hosted by third party secure servers and we can pass on relative information upon request from our clients if required.
When clients sign our booking forms they are now made aware and agree to our GDPR complience along with our terms; so they can make their own informed decision whether to pass on personal data to AES or not.

Aston End Studios Services Terms
All services set out and explained by AES will be deemed correct. However, the client has all rights to ensure that all services expected are detailed prior booking, but after this cannot deem its own expectations as correct. AES has the right to refuse and end any prior and/or on going projects if they feel necessary. AES is not liable for any loss or injury to clients within the studio.
